Terms and Conditions for Badminton Academy Mobile Application

Welcome to the Badminton Academy mobile application ("App"). By using this App, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Court Booking

1.1. Court booking rates vary based on weekdays, weekends, and peak hours, as well as normal hours.

1.2. Guests can book, reschedule, or cancel slots. In the case of cancellation, the payment will be stored in your wallet.

1.3. Rescheduling and cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the allocated time slot.

1.4. Bookings can be made for the next 7 days; beyond that, time slot selection is restricted.

2. Subscriptions

2.1. Subscriptions are available for 1 year, 6 months, and 1 month, with different pricing for peak and normal hours, weekdays, and weekends.

2.2. Subscribers can reschedule slots 12 hours before the reserved time but will not receive a refund upon cancellation.

2.3. Time slot selection for subscription users requires approval from the admin. Any changes to approved slots can be requested through our support team via email or phone.

2.4. After Payment your subscription plan's start and end dates will be sent to you via notification. Start date cannot be extended by more than a week from the date

2.5. You should confirm ur allocated time slot before 12 hours important!

3. Events and Tournaments

3.1. Event and tournament registrations are non-refundable, and there is no cancellation policy for event bookings.

4. User Data

4.1. We collect and store user data, including name, address, phone number, and email address, which can be edited by the user at any time.

5. Payment

5.1. Payments are processed securely using Amazon Pay.
